Last thursday (April 16th, 2015) the school hosted a Canadian afternoon.
The students of Fourth and Fifth had the oppurtunity to participate in five different activities : making pancakes, singing the national anthem, playing hockey, doing a Canadian quiz, and making Inuit art. They were lead by students in the « Big Ben » class and Canadian exchange students.
During the activities, the students were trying to improve their English by speaking. For the last fourty-five minutes, everyone went down to the courtyard to watch the hockey final and eat pancakes. The afternoon was a success because all the students had fun learning things about Canada.
